Outsports Hiking Hire supplies hiking and camping equipment to groups across Victoria — schools, outdoor education providers, camps, expeditions, community organisations and corporate programs. Our fleet is big enough to outfit a whole group in the right sizes, whatever the conditions: tents, sleeping bags and mats, packs and duffles, cooking systems and hygiene kits, rainwear and gaiters, and more.
Every hire is built from your itinerary rather than a fixed package. We work out quantities and sizing, deliver to your site sorted however you need it, and collect once the program has finished. Gear is meticulously checked and maintained between programs in our purpose-built facilities — no cleaning, storage or repairs at your end, so you can get on with running the program.
We’re not a retail shop, by choice. Everything we do is built around outfitting groups and moving equipment, so there’s no shopfront to visit — the gear comes to you, sized and sorted, and the people you deal with are the ones who packed it. Our processes have been refined since 1981 — we’ve kept what works and sharpened the rest.
